Check the Status of an Order
To check the status of your order, please log-in to your Account.
Tracking A Package
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and an email confirmation. You will also receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Usually it takes a few hours for the product tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email. After your order ships, you can also login to your account to track your order.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from you receiving the product, if its unused. Please contact us so we can contact the vendor and provide you specific return information. Packages need to be sent directly to the vendor. Hemp extract tinctures (oils), capsules and balms can not be returned.
Can I place an order from outside the USA?
At this time, we cannot process orders from customers outside the United States.
