San Juan, Puerto Rico. Colonial city (Yes, from colonizers) with brick roads, lots of bars and restaurants, history, a Fort, cruise ships that let out thousands of tourons every day. Worth a visit if you are around, sure. But if you want history, food, and drinks, go to New Orleans, much better food, and drinks, and service.
